All sets are hand painted by me! Once your order is submitted I will begin creating your nails. All of my nail sets are made-to order, not pre-made (unless otherwise stated)
My lead time (order processing) is 5-7 business days depending on your set choice and quantity purchased. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out!

Sizing is important! I offer a few options for this and cannot begin with your set until we have sizing in place;
1) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ordering my sizing card with the exact nail shape & length you are wanting to purchase so you can physically try them on. Sizing cards are shipped out within 2 business days.
2) Refer to the “How-to” sizing chart on my page prior to submitting your order (you will still need to send me your sizing before I am able to begin your set)
3) Send me a few photos using the “quarter trick” and I will size you right from my screen! More details under “Sizing” on my page
As mentioned, these nails are hand-made specifically for you and due to the nature of the item we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. If you have any issues with the craftsmanship of your nail set, please reach out to us right away and we will help find a solution.
💕Products used :
For all of my sets I use Aprés soft gel nail tips which are much like your natural nails, for the most comfortable wear. All sets are painted with high quality gel nail polish and will last between 2-4 weeks so long as they are properly applied, cared for and removal instructions are followed
💕Shipping 💅
My standard lead time (the time it takes me to create your set) is 5-7 business days. Once your order is complete and you receive a “SHIPPED’ email, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. I ship via USPS Ground Advantage so there may be some instances where tracking will not update until it reaches your city. There should also be options for quicker shipping if desired.
💕📦 Returns & Refunds :
Due to the fact that your set is made-to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds of any kind. We will however offer a one time replacement if there is an issue with your nail set due to craftsmanship (design, polish, rhinestones) if we are notified of the issue within 72 hours of your set being delivered.
💕 PLEASE NOTE - Polish colors may differ slightly due to photo lighting. The lighting used when the photo was taken may lighten or darken any/one part of the nails. If you have any concerns of this, please ensure you contact us before submitting your order to discuss. Any after sales complaints that weren’t brought to our attention prior to your set being started will not be approved for replacement. We cannot apply the replacement scenario due to buyers remorse.
