Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY:

All of my nail sets are made to order and are created/painted by hand. This is the reason I currently have a 7 business day creation time to ensure my best work for every order. There is a possibility your order will ship before the 7th business day, depending on my current work-load. Please keep an eye on your email for your Shipping Confirmation

 

+ If you want to guarantee your order ships ASAP, please select expedite order at checkout and your order will ship within 2 business days. The fee for this is $65 and that is in addition to the cost of the nail set & shipping method you choose at checkout

 

+ If you have any questions or need a set of nails sooner, please email me at info@getpressedbysteph.com with subject line : URGENT and I will get back to you within 2 hours

 

+ You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. Please keep an eye out for additional order details via email

 

+ Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update via the shipping website. If there are still no tracking updates within that timeframe, please reach out to me and I will assist you the best I can

 

+ Once your package is handed off to the respective shipping company, Pressed.by Steph no longer has responsibility of your order. Most shipping companies come with $100 insurance, which is to be handled directly through their website. Unfortunately I am not able to warranty the whereabouts of your order once it leaves my hands. If a replacement order needs to be submitted, you will need to pay for the additional order and handle the ‘lost package’ claim with the shipping company.

 

RETURN POLICY:

+ I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final due to being custom made for each buyer

 

+ In order to apply for a replacement nail, I must be notified of any defect within 7 business days of delivery. Your order number & a photo(s) of the defect will be required before a replacement nail is sent. We offer a one time replacement - any additional replacement nails can be ordered under Extras

 

+ Due to each nail set being custom made, we cannot be held responsible if the wrong size of nails are ordered after production has begun. We recommend ordering a sizing card to eliminate this issue as you will be receiving the exact nails that you have tried on. I have found that each Aprés nail shape/length slightly varies in size, which is why our sizing cards are sold for a low cost with free shipping!

 

+ If “custom” size is chosen and there are no sizing notes left at checkout, you will receive an email requesting that information within 24-48 hours of order submission. If this scenario applies to later orders and there are no size notes left, we will go with the size of your previous order to ensure we are staying within our 7 business day lead time
