+ Do you take custom nail orders? Absolutely!
Visit my website and fill out a Custom Inquiry form & from there I will contact you via email to discuss further details. If you like one of the sets you see on my site but want to make minor changes, please put the change info in the comment section at checkout and I will contact you if more info is needed
+ When will my order ship? I have a 7 business day design lead time, meaning your nail set will ship within 7 business from the time of order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will ship with the method chosen by you at checkout, so please make note of the estimated delivery time
+ What if my nails don’t fit? Please order a sizing card if you are unsure about your sizing. I am unable to offer a refund/exchange due to sizing issues
+ What if I don’t like the nails I ordered now that i have them on? Unfortunately, I do not offer returns or refunds as these sets are made specifically for each individual customer. Inspo pics are required for custom nails and by placing your order for any nail set on my website, you are agreeing to my policy of no returns or refunds
+ What if I lose or break a nail? You can purchase replacement nails on my website at www.getpressedbysteph.com under Extras
+ Do you warranty your work? I offer a one time replacement on design defect, but I must be notified within 7 days of delivery to customer. You must provide your order number, defect description and photo of the defect info@getpressedbysteph.com within 7 days of product delivery
+ The nails I received were darker/lighter than the photo, what should I do? We use professional lighting and/or direct sunlight when taking photos for our website to provide the best photos possible. Please note, there will always be discrepancies depending on natural light, indoor light, professional lighting etc. We do not offer returns or refunds for lighting/shadowing issues
+ Are my nails reusable? Yes! Reusability depends on care & wear so be sure to treat them like you want to reuse them! You can also view tips to make your nails last 21+ days on my site
+ How long do the nail sets last? This highly depends on how well you prep & apply them. If done correctly, they can be worn for 3+ weeks. We recommend keeping your nails free & clear from any water for the first hour after application to ensure your application method (glue or adhesive stickers) has ample time to dry and adhere
+ What are the major no-no’s with press-on nails? Do not use acetone to remove your nails - it will ruin them. There is nail glue remover in the Essentials Kit so please use that. Do not allow direct contact between your nails and any chemicals (cleaning) Do not use them as tools! Opening soda cans, lifting jugs of water strictly with your nails… you get the point. The better you take care of them, the longer they will last!
+ What are the nails made of? I use Aprés nail tips which are made of Soft Gel & my gel polish is all luxury and high quality gel
+ What happens if i used the wrong address at checkout and my package is returned to you? In the event of using an incorrect address, the package will be returned to me and you will be notified. I dont mind re-shipping your order to you for a small shipping fee.
+ Do you accept order cancellations? All sales are final
